Time to rest your body and mind


You can be seated or you can lie down. You can close your eyes or keep them open. It's whatever feels best for you.

We'll work with the breath. And I'll also guide you around your face and body.

The idea is for your eyes to move and mimic the Rapid Eye Movement (REM) we experience when dreaming.

If your eyes don't move naturally there's no need to force them.

There is also the opportunity to work with a sankalpa (or intention). The aim is to help you to move towards a desired positive state. For example, calmness, confidence or compassion.
