Dru Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that combines breathwork and movement to calm the mind and strengthen the body. It is designed to be practised by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups.
I have been practising Dru Yoga for over 20 years.
I qualified as a Dru Yoga teacher in 2010 after completing a 2 year,
200 hour residential course with the International School of Dru Yoga.
I have been teaching Dru Yoga classes for over 10 years.
Dru Yoga is a gentle, flowing type of yoga.
Bringing both physical, mental & emotional health benefits.
Dru Yoga combines movement and breath.
When both are in sync the magic begins ,,,,,,,,,,
......... the mind drifts off to a quiet, peaceful place.
Yoga can be about holding postures.
But it can also be about so much more.
It can teach us to slow down and be kinder to ourselves.
And it can help us to appreciate what is and isn't important in our lives.
